Reels, Shorts, YouTube & podcasts

The edit decides
whether anyone
stays.

Most videos are lost in the first three seconds and nothing after that can save them. We cut for retention first: where the hook lands, where the pace drops, where a viewer would have scrolled. Then colour, sound and captions.

What we cut

Seven formats, one editor.

Raza runs the video floor and cuts every one of these. Tap any card for how it is actually built and what you get back.

Reels & Shorts

Vertical, retention-first, captioned. The format doing most of the reach right now.

How it is cut

Long-form YouTube

Eight to thirty minutes, structured so the middle does not sag and people finish it.

How it is cut

Podcasts & multicam

Two or three cameras synced and cut on speech, plus the clips pulled out for social.

How it is cut

Motion graphics

Titles, lower thirds, animated logos and the explainer bits words alone cannot carry.

How it is cut

Ad creative

Built in pairs so there is something real to test, not one guess with a big budget behind it.

How it is cut

Thumbnails & covers

The image that decides whether the edit gets watched at all. Tested at phone size.

How it is cut

Weddings & events

Long-form event work cut for the people who were actually there, plus a short version for the feed.

From footage to finished

Four steps, and you see it twice.

01

Send it over

Drive, WeTransfer or straight from your phone. Tell us the platform and the length.

02

Rough cut

Structure and pacing first, no polish. You approve the shape before time goes into finishing.

03

Finish

Colour, sound design, captions, graphics. One round of changes included, always.

04

Delivered

Exported per platform with correct aspect and safe margins. Ready to post, not to re-crop.

Straight answers

Before you send the first file.

How fast is the turnaround?
A reel or short is 24 to 72 hours. A long-form YouTube edit is three to six days depending on length and how much footage there is. A multicam podcast is usually four to seven. If something is urgent, say so up front and it gets prioritised rather than quietly queued.
Does phone footage work?
Yes, and most of what we cut starts that way. Shoot in the highest setting your phone offers, keep it steady, and record somewhere quiet. Bad audio is the one thing an edit cannot fully rescue. Everything else we can work with.
How many revisions do I get?
One full round is included on every edit, and because you approve the rough cut before finishing starts, that round is almost always small. Structural changes after approval count as a new edit, which is exactly why the rough cut stage exists.
Do you write the hook and captions too?
Yes. The on-screen hook, the burned-in captions and the caption for the post itself, if you want them. It is usually better that way, because the person cutting the video already knows where the strongest line is.
Why is there no price list?
A thirty-second reel from clean footage and a twenty-minute multicam podcast are not the same job. Send the footage or describe it on WhatsApp and you get one straight number for exactly that, usually the same day.
Next step

Send one clip.
We will cut it and show you.

No brief document, no onboarding call. Send footage on WhatsApp and you will see what the edit looks like before anything is agreed.
